Arriving at the quaint and picturesque harbour of La Digue you will get a short briefing on the most popular sites and the best routes, before our guide hands over a map and the bicycles for the day's adventure. .
Before going to the beautiful beaches of La Digue you will bike and enjoy the village of La Passe and the narrow island streets and pathways to the historic L’ Union Estate.
Here a traditional Créole estate house sits amongst towering coconut palms as a restored copra mill is powered by an ox. These, along with the old boatyard, offer a unique glimpse into the early days of Seychelles’ history.
From there you will be guided to the world famous Anse Source d’Argent –the most photographed beach in the world – with its magnificent granitic boulders creating a unique landscape set on white sands and lapped by crystal clear waters.
The boat trip back to Praslin departs at 16h30, the end of a perfect day - most guests with another day to spare choose to return to the magic of La Digue island.
