Hanneman Holiday Residence is situated in the village of Beau Vallon, just 5 minutes from its famous beach, featuring self-catering accommodation with modern furnishings, a swimming pool and other facilities, all close to the area’s main attractions.
From the Seychelles International Airport to Hanneman Holiday Residence is approx. 30 minutes by car. If you want to go to Victoria, the main capital of the Seychelles, it will take you 20 minutes by car. There is a busstop within a few steps from the complex.
Hanneman Holiday Residence has

- two bedroom Duplex Apartments (number: 4; area 135 m²)
- one bedroom Penthouse Apartments (number: 2: area 90 m²)
- two bedroom Penthouse Apartment (number:1; area 145 m²).
The spacious self-catering apartments consist of a fully equipped kitchen incl: dishwasher, fridge/freezer, ceramic stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee-tea making facilities, accessories, washing machine with tumble dryer, spacious living and dining room with flatscreen TV, telephone, internet, ceiling fan, balcony with sitting and dining area.
Air-conditioned bedrooms have large wardrobes, en-suite bathrooms with shower and toilet, ceiling fan, safe and private balcony.
In addition the Two Bedroom Studio has ensuite bathroom, balcony, seperate room. The Two Bedroom Duplex Apartment additionally has a living / dining room, guest toilet, balcony.
Hair-dryers provided on request basis. All apartments have a designated parking bay.

The Terrace Studio consists a king-size bed with air-conditioning and ceiling fan, lounge area with small library, open-plan large kitchenette which is fully-equipped including dishwasher and washing machine (and dryer), large-size fridge / freezer, collapsible clothes drying rack, flat-screen TV and storage room. There is a seperate bathroom with shower and 220V razor plug.

Grand elegant 2-bedroom duplex with large open-plan kitchen on ground floor and 2 bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom and private terrace on 1st floor.
The Duplex consists 2 air-conditioned bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom with shower and 220V razor plus located on the first floor. The master bedroom has a king-size double bed and the second bedroom twin beds. Each room has a room safe, aircon, ceiling fan and a private terrace. Downstairs there is a large open-plan fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, fridge/freezer, spacious living and dining area with flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, separate guest toilet, washing machine with integrated tumble dryer, collapsible clothes drying rack and a furnished balcony of 20 m² catering for outdoor dining and relaxation.
two bedroom Penthouse Apartment
Spacious luxurious self-catering 2-bedroom Penthouse apartment on one level. Full amenities including airconditioned bedrooms, flat-screen satellite TV and internet, seperate fully-equipped kitchen and large terrace for outdoor dining and relaxation.
The Penthouse with 2-bedrooms is a spacious 145 m² unit on one level with a seperate fully-equipped kitchen, living and dining room with flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, guest toilet and furnished balcony of 18 m². There is a seperate laundry room with washing machine and integrated tumble dryer. The large master bedroom with king-size bed is air-conditioned with sitting area, study corner, storage room, private terrace and en-suite bathroom and shower.
The second air-conditioned bedroom also has a king-size double bed with private terrace and en-suite bathroom with shower. Both showers have 220v shaver plug.
Hanneman Holiday Residence is a just a short walk to Beau Vallon Beach. Here you will find 3 kilometers of white sand and warm turquoise-blue waters of the Indian Ocean.
There is a selection of watersports where you can enjoy free non-motorize water sport equipment (collect a voucher at reception) and dive centres, take-aways and shops and restaurants serving fresh fish, curries and salads.
For those who enjoy night life a 5 minute drive will take you to a variety of evening entertainment such as a discotheque, casino, folklore and music shows.
Each apartment features an equipped kitchen and communal BBQ facilities are available. Beau Vallon’s many restaurants and grocery shops are within easy walking distance.
Guests who book minimum 3 nights without breakfast will receive a Starter Pack for the first couple of days free of charge containing: Coffee, Tea, Milk, Bread, Butter, Marmalade, Sugar, Eggs, Yogurt, Cheese and Water.
On request English breakfast can be served (at an extra cost) in the Gazebo which is next to the swimming pool, where Barbeques or small buffets for special occasions can also be arranged.
