Nestling between a verdant mountainside and an azure sea, Cote d’Or Apartments seeks to introduce a new concept of living in the midst of nature on the Cote d’Or beach stretches along the island northern coast. Nicely decorated with wooden furniture and other building material from Italy gives that each apartment a refined & comfortable accommodation.

Accommodation

Cote d’Or Apartments have three types of accommodations namely

• one bedroom apartments (number: 6; size 66 m²)
• two bedrooms apartments (number: 2; size 90 m²
• two bedroom Penthouse (number: 1; size 105 m²)

All rooms with the same amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, with microwave oven, fridge.

Each room have their en-suite bathroom with shower & bidet, hair dryer, double bed , air conditioning, tea & coffee making facilities, telephone, ceiling fan, satellite TV, Wi-Fi Access, personal safe and a verandah overlooking the tropical garden and mountain. The apartments are scattered on the ground floor and the first floor which have their direct access to each apartment.

Restaurant

A breakfast pack will be provided upon arrival for free and note there is a shop just 40 meters from the complex. This shop is open daily. Furthermore there is a local vendor selling fruits and vegetables alongside the road.

Cote d’Or Apartments is just walking distance to all well known restaurants of Pirogue, Le Laurier, Italian and other Creole restaurants of Cote d’Or.

The facilities at Pirogue Restaurant just 100 meters away serve breakfast, lunch & dinner. Upon request the Management can offer dinner to be provided in the apartment with some set menus as well as continental breakfast.

Cote d’Or village is the home of most of the island’s diving centers, fishing and ideal for excursions and snorkeling trips on the smaller islands around Praslin – thus the supreme location for a relaxing stay in Seychelles!
